    • Examples: cat, late, all, and, around

  • B: "buh"

    • Examples: bike

  • C: "kuh", "suh"

    • Examples: cake, city

  • D: "duh"

    • Examples: did

  • E: "eh" "ee" (can be silent)

    • Examples: bed, free, late (the e is silent)

  • F: "fuh"

    • Examples: fed

  • G: "guh", "juh"

    • Examples: glad, large

H - M

  • H: "huh" (can be silent)

    • Examples: hotel, what (the h is silent)

  • I: "ah-ee", "ih"

    • Examples: light, sit
